Description

The Toshiba HX-FP10 is a IEEE-488 interface including a cartridge and a manual.

IEEE 488 is a short-range digital communications 8-bit parallel multi-master interface bus specification. It was created by Hewlett-Packard and is generically known as GPIB (General Purpose Interface Bus). It had some success during the 1970s and 1980s as a peripheral bus for early microcomputers.

This interface was released only in Japan. Launch price was ¥ 49,800.
