The HX-10S is the first MSX computer released by Toshiba. The release date was in november 1983 in Japan.

This machine was aimed at the Japanese market under the label 'Pasopia IQ' and available in black (K) and red (R) - see HX-10 series for the technical details.

It lacks a printer interface. Toshiba sold the HX-P500 interface cartridge to connect to a printer.

Launch price: ¥55,800.

The HX-10S has same board as the HX-10D. So it seems upgradable to 64kB quite easily. (See this thread for more info.)
