The FS-PC1 is a 48 dot color matrix / thermal transfer printer with Japanese MSX character set, released in 1989 by Panasonic.

It includes a Kanji-ROM Level 1 and 2 (JIS1 + JIS2) and can print up to SCREEN 12 when special color ribbon is used. Normal ribbon was available for printing text to normal paper instead of thermal paper - see CF-PR230 and CF-PR231.

You can also use the ink ribbons designed especially for the non-MSX FW-U1P303AI, a laptop which uses a Word Processor similar to the firmware of the FS-A1WSX computers - see CF-PR232 and CF-PR251.

The more recent CF-PR280 ribbon can also be used.
