The ECC Expansion Computer Case is a 8-slotexpander, also called the ECC8, created and manufactured in Belgium by ECC (Europees Computer Centrum), and released in 1985. It was also sold in the Netherlands by AVT, and a few exemplars had an AVT logo.

Only one slot can be switched on at the same time. It is a very heavy slot-expander, because the case is made from 2 mm metal.

There was also a 4-slot model, called the ECC4.

Official price:

  • ECC8: ƒ 595 in the Netherlands, BEF 9900 in Belgium
  • ECC4: ƒ 375 in the Netherlands, BEF 6750 in Belgium
