Hi, MSXers.I’m proud to announce a new release, 0.1.7, of UZIX.Some highlights:

  • kernel enhancement;
  • some kernel bugfixes;
  • better module handling (now the local ping wastes only 100ms!);
  • more robust handling for module ’orphan calls’;

This version 0.1.7 has also a new TCP/IP Stack version.

Check out some excellent game reviews of new Matra productions at www.aamsx.org Matra shows us that Konami style programming and gameplay isn‘t the highest thing you can get from your MSX. With borderless 224 lines modes, excellent PSG music and superb gfx their games are worth saving some bucks for.

Although Sunrise didn`t release the FAT16 software for their ATA-IDE interface on the Bussum fair, they told us that the software will be available at their website somewhere next week. Keep an eye on www.msx.ch the next couple of days!
