From MarMSX comes another graphical tool called Color Magic. This tool allows you to change colours in images, improving their image quality. You can find this tool in the MSX Viewer-section of the MarMSX website.

On MarMSX version 1.1 of the graphical tool Color Magic can be downloaded. Added features for the tool are:

  • Added x and y coordinates.
  • Negative shades available.

You can find this tool in the MSX Viewer-section of the MarMSX website.

Andrea Rossetti wrote a short guide to build a 16KB ROM for MSX with the "SDCC" C compiler. The entire game source code (C language and some Z80 machine code) is also available to experiment with changes, or to use it as a base for different projects.

A while ago Marison Eustáquio Lacerda Parreiras contacted us about a game he had been developing long time ago: Cosmic Battle. Unfortunately the game was never finished, despite the nice results. Marison is now looking for MSX developers who would like to help him to finish this game.
