IIRC, Thexder had about ten levels. I finished it in the old days... with a cheat, of course. Wink

Sure Jon,

Nice platform game. Is it very long? Cause I am a bit tired... LOL!

It features 6 worlds with 4 stages each (+ the final stage), so 25 stages. It will be nice if you map it, but I am already aware of the good work you are making with those long maps, so it will be nice too if you just put it into your todo list Wink

Consider it done. It is in the TO DO list.

The MSX version has only 10 levels. I wanted to do a speedrun and was therefore looking for a map. That search brought me here. I guess you still didn't make it? Wink

Due to the limited number of tiles, screenshots are not very useful for making a map. So I debugged the code and generated them from the rom file. I put the results (and the script, and the openMSX replay file for the speedrun) here.

The hexadecimal numbers in the enemies are two separate digits; the first is the brain (how it moves), the second the shield (you need to hit it this number plus one times; most of the time f means it's indestructible).

After making the map, I realized almost all enemies are brain 1 or 3, but the shape of the enemy doesn't have a fixed connection with a certain brain or shield value. It gives the impression of a lot more diversity then there really is.

For looks, here are all the "enemies" in the game (not including their mirrored versions):
