Finally where is come from this game ?

A .rom file is available but it doesn't appear to be a Rom cartridge dump.

Been digging here through some files, found also a ROM file and it seems to be working fine.

Yes, the game seems to work well. That's not what I want to know. I want to know its origin because it seems to be a binary game converted into a ROM file, not a cartridge dump.
