I know when you buy a device you get a link, but it would be useful to have a public link.

I've bought three of their products, the latest July of last year, but the google drive link they sent with my receipt e-mails now goes to a 404 Error. Guess you have to keep buying from them every year,

I sent them my email receipt and they sent me the new link to the info. So, they were very helpful.
