Power Chupin 1.01 update

Hello guys!

Now Power Chupin 1.01 can dump 48k and 64k normal roms.
So, you are able now, for example, do dump games like Stupid Martians (64k rom) or The Cure (48k rom).
PS: It is just an example.

And you can dump all BIOS, roms, subroms, etc inside a MSX computer.

Great thankyou, i'll do some tests mainly with some Toshiba's demo carts that I cannot dump, yet.

It would be better to choose another name of the default file (POWCHUP.ROM for example) because Chupin overwrited my Nemesis ROM when I forgeten the file name.

with a HEX editor just replace NEMESIS by DEFAULT and save

Hi guys.

There was a crtitical bug when trying to dump some slots/subslots.
Now everthing is fixed with this new version 1.02.
And the defaut name is POWCHUP.ROM attending the requets.

I have added 2 more sizes. You can now dunmp roms with these sizes:

1 - 16k starting in address 0000h (Good for Bios/Rons/Subroms)
2 - 16k starting in address 4000h (General)
3 - 16k starting in address 8000h (Good for Basic Games)
4 - 32k starting in address 0000h (Good for Bios/Basic)
5 - 32k starting in address 4000h (General)
6 - 48k starting in address 0000h (Good for Rare Games)
7 - 64k starting in address 0000h (Good for Rare Games)
8 - 128k (for megarom carts)
9 - 256k (for megarom carts)
10 - 512k (for megarom carts)
11 - 1024 (for megarom carts)
12 - 2048 (for megarom carts)

Thanks, this software comes at the well time because I wanted to do some tests with my 2048K Sound Cartridge. MGSAVE cannot dump the ROMs greater than 1024K. Can Power Chupin dump ASCII 16K ROMs of 4096K?

No, the maximum is 2048 megarom carts. 4096 is not a regular mapper. Actually I don´t even know how it works.
When I do, I can update the tool to support this size.

Well, gdx said ASCII 16K mapper 4096K
It should be a regular ASCII 16K mapper. You know, you select the page to switch at 8000h writing a 8bit value on the right ROM address. So the value can range from 0 to 255 (256 values) and 256x16=4096K
It should be the ASCII16 mapper allowed max size (so if Power Chupin already supports ASCII 16 mapper you can fix it to support 4096K size too)
