CASTools. It contains CAS2WAV WAV2CAS and has a drag and drop GUI

I download it and extracted the files then double tried to open wav2cas but nothing happens

Its probably me not being clued up, thanks any, ive just bought a Casduino and want to archive my games in cas format

As Manuel says,wav2cas is a command line tool, so you need to open a command line to use it, you cannot just click on the executable with the mouse

There are already lots of CAS files archived just search for MSX TOSEC however if you open the CASToolsGUI and drag a WAV file in to it you will be able to try to convert it to CAS. You may have to try several different options before you get a successful CAS file.

I have also been converting some MSXDev entries to CAS as well as some of my own games that haven't been archived and they can be found either on the Arduitape Facebook page or my Arduitape blog.
