About extension "Konami Ultimate Collection" in openMSX.

Hello.

I tried the extension "Konami Ultimate Collection" in openMSX, inserting the extension in "slot A" and the KUC.ROM in "slot B" but the cartridge don't start. Where the problem might be?

The KUC needs the build cartridge. There is special hardware as a DAC build in. You can´t run it with an emulator, but you can build your own Konami collection.

Can you give us directions, how we can build our KUC collection?
If is possible a step by step guide or a even better a ready ROM file?

Would be a good exercise to write a loader in BASIC.

The loader is the only requirement? I don't think so.
The parameters for loading each ROM would must be different depend the game.
The proper version of ROMs isn't important also?
I think wouldn't so easy exercise for beginners.
I can't believe that none have build a such thing.
But I am sure none wants to share with others.
Unfortunately isn't the first time happen.

I guess that's because there's no reason to add a front end to your rom files if you already have them on your system and can boot them straight away in your emulator.
This KUC is more something convenient for the real hardware.

Exactly Meits. I had asked this for my MegaFlashROM SCC+ SD, but none wanted to share. The same now for OpenMSX.

I have already my OPF file. Thank you.
I spent hours and hours to found the proper versions of ROMs and all possible options to made the ROMs worked.
All this troubles because none wants to share something already tested and working.
Everyone must doing the whole work from zero if wants to play some old games, because none wants to share. That I say

Have you tried SofaRun? You just need a SD Card and put your ROMs or DSK images. Menu is maybe not as fancy as KUC but you can use ZIP files (with long file names), and it has options for all games...
