PSQTOOLS Updates

An update has been released on the TNI website for PSQTOOLS.

The biggest change is the addition of PSG2SCC, a new tool for having your SCC play along your PSG. Compared to the existing psg-over-scc-functionality, this adds the option to choose what wave to write to the SCC, meaning from now on, you can choose/define your own instruments! Related to this is BLAFCONV, another new tool, which can be used to convert SCC Blaffer and SCC Blaffer NT wavekits to use with PSG2SCC.

Besides new tools, changes have been made to existing tools: PSQLOAD receives a fix to a minor bug regarding writing date to the Playsoniq and SMSLOAD now allows the use of simplified keyboard pad overlay.

Thanks for adding this wave change functionnality as the basic set doesn't fit well with every music and tends to get repetitive.
Now another aspect of good scc sound is the use of macros (wave morphing during playing), but I guess this cannot be addressed easyly unless someone makes a full rework of the game's coding, BGM-wise, right?
