Yeah well this was an eBay auction so prices are naturally higher than on Yahoo Auctions. Also the seller took time to test the machine and fix it. So you know what you get, not just some photos of a machine that may or may not work other than the power light

This FS-A1GT must've won 400000 yen not because it's claimed unused but it came with TUTORIAL VIDEOS which weren't known to exist. It lacked the box and manuals so perhaps was for demonstration.
