Fresh: That's the "campaign version". It had something to do with Soccer. I have seen that few times. Not very common sight. I'm quite sure that I don't have it in my collection. Missed it as I didn't have time to browse around YAJ earlier this week.
Here is another, but without the card inside (and sticker has a damage):
The Kids Club card enclosed in Konami's Soccer featuring this animal is a lottery ticket to be scratched and submitted to Konami. That explains why it's usually absent. The sticker outside says "Win a soccer ball! Speed lottery included".
To me, all the Konami boxes look sealed. Lots and lots of boxes still have the seal in their original place. This guy could have made a killing selling them one by one. This lot should exceed 1M yen easily, if they are in fact sealed (and therefore are only exhibited by the cases, not by the cassettes/disks).
