I bought my first MSX system last year which is a Sahkr AX-170 but I got just the system only without anything else. I would like to find the box, instruction manuals, etc that was originally included with the system back when it was new. Shipping will be to Michigan, USA.
Good luck with that. They charge a lot for those.. even more than the machine itself. I managed to hunt down the yellow and blue books myself, but the box is out of reach. Maybe if I make a trip soon to Saudi Arabia I'm planning to search for someone local willing to sell his AX-170 complete in box... it's a complete rip off those online prices they're asking for IMO.
Yeah I agree, I think that that about everything now a days on pricing of stuff. For the time being I am going to look for a generic box that will fit my MSX system and accessories just to protect it when not in use. I am hopeful that I will see a listing some place that has either just the box or a box and manuals but no system one day.
There is a guy from Saudi Arabia he sells retro games and stuff, between time to time he brings MSX stuff including manuals for Sakhr machines. His account is on Instagram but in arabic. I can share here if I am allowed to.
