Not sure whether stock remains (the website is mysterious to me) but I just received a PowerGraph Light from TecnoBytes ordered here: http://www.tecnobytes.com.br/2019/12/powergraph-pre-order-20...

edit: I should also mention protective packaging was excellent, surviving shipping to the US with no problems, and the cartridge and composite+S-Video breakout board both work perfectly. Usually I use VGA-style output connected through an OSSC to an LCD flat panel display and it works quite well

I Ordered from them since December, still not yet received. They declare that it has been returned by my country, but the stamp wasn't ours. However they asked me to pay for another shipping fee, that's when I asked them to use FedEx then asked them to issue invoice so I pay them by PayPal which hasn't been issued yet..... After all that I'm still waiting!

Well, I never had problems with tecnobytes. Packaging, shipping and communications was excellent in every case. I guess that damn pandemic stoppes shipping flow at the moment all over the world. Fair you paid the second shipppng fees, too.
Hope the product will arrive soon. You surely have a tracking number.

Greetings Hamlet,
OK if they reply to you faster, please let them issue the invoice for FedEx shipping and have them send it to me.

Hi, Gloriou. I just received mine here in Spain from tecnobytes only 4 days ago. The delay in shipping has been really incredible due to COVID-19. This is not the fault of tecnobytes. Standard postal shipping takes advantage of commercial flights to send their packages in the aircraft hold. Commercial flights have been reduced by up to 80% at times in the world and among some countries they are still suspended and shipments are rejected. As bsittler and hamlet says, packaging and communications with tecnobytes was excellent.
I suppose that if they send it to you by FedEx you will not have this problem since they are supposed to have their own fleet of transport planes. Good luck!.

I have a package from the US that was sent on May 14th with USPS and still hasn’t arrived. The last tracking update was on June 14th Sad. They passed the point of using Corona as an excuse if you ask me. But Mustang thanks for your elaboration, it does explain a lot.

I believe it's pandemic, not TecnoBytes. Since early this year I've had multiple packages returned to the sender as undeliverable, in some cases never leaving country of origin and after more than a month of no update to tracking systems. The sellers were not refunded by couriers. In other cases the package was eventually delivered after multiple months in transit, most recently one exceeded five months. Courier services are sometimes unable to get cargo space, and some have stopped allowing new shipments to unreachable destinations. While it's more costly, FedEx does indeed fly their own transports so it might be a good option if waiting patiently for an unknown duration won't be OK. I have bought a few small retro-computing materials (mainly MSX but also some Sega 8-bit) from Brazil this year and they all took unexpectedly long but did arrive at last. Same goes for items purchased from other enthusiasts in Russia, Egypt, Ukraine, Spain, France, Germany, Australia, Mexico, Japan, Netherlands, U.K., and China. Patient waiting was eventually rewarded even in cases where I and the seller had both long given up on the unresponsive courier systems.
