Please help me out here. I found this Youtube video featuring the MPX(tm) for MSX being able to play MP3 files.......Is this the same device as Sunrise is selling at the moment?
And now we're talking MP3 anyway. Do you guys know where I can download all the latest software released for the MP3 cartridge sold by Sunrise? I have an early prototype without casing. It is the same as the final version, right?
And same goes for Symbos. This OS has MP3 support as well, right? Link?
you mean sunrise sells mp3 cart ? still ?
They don't anymore? Could be
@latok :Why everytimne telling lies about sunrise.

Don't know what you mean Rob. I think sunrise is doing a great job!
i have always wondered where all you guys bought their mp3 , is it expensive ? by the way i dont understand if sunrise sells it or if a first batch has been sold completly yet .

Ask Sunrise, Rob Hiep (member sunrise, his email is in his profile).

The reason people don't know where to order this MP3 player is because sunrise' website hasn't been updated since February 2006, so there's no MP3 player in the hardware list, nor would a stranger/newbie understand that it could only be ordered by email (the order form on the website doesn't include the MP3 player as an option). Solution: update the website (or make a new one from scratch) or hand over the showcase/ordering process to a dealer/representative/thirdparty. It's that simple.

Its not as simple, as telling Sunrise to update their website. Or outsource their sales. Ask Rob about this when you meet him at a fair.
Perhaps Rob would be more happy if Sunrise was offered help with this in a private email instead of again saying this in public.
It is not that simple for a stranger/newbie in the MSX world, as he/she is having a hard time in general to find out where to get things and info. First time visitors, via search engines coming to the MRC, will not find out for example the excellent MSX faq maintained by Manuel. Or how to reach Sunrise. Or my site for manuals. Or the MAP. Or where to find emulators. Etc, etc.
Perhaps a link on the frontpage "Are you a newcomer to MSX ? Read this" to a page explaining where to find things in the MSX world may help and make the MRC a real resource center. Or is that too simple also?
