MP3 player for MSX

Is snout in greece for vacation?I thought i was the only one who is in Greece and is an msx user

I know this is not the place to discuss this,but is there any way for an msx user to have slot expanders?I have a 4mbyte memory expansion,i want to get an sunrise cf card adaptor to install symbos and would love an mp3 card,but in sunrise site it does not mention something about the availability of slot expanders.

My nms8280 has only 2 slots.Slot expanders rarely show up on ebay and when they do the prices are very high

I bought a GDOS slot expander from its developer a year ago or so... and I have not tested it yet due to long work hours and other domestic reasons. The PCB is mounted on a VHS case and the 'cartridge' to connect it to the MSX was a simply audio cassette jewel case , not as beautiful as Sunrise cartridges cases but it's the only one I found and it was not so expensive (45 € or so if I remind well). Maybe this guy can make more, it was no problem then to make one for me. If anyone is interested I'll try to find his contact info, sure I have his email adress somewhere.

Question: How do I order a MP3 cartridge? Manuel said Sunrise sells the cartridge, but there's no mention to it in Sunrise page (am I searching in the right place? the web doesn't seem to have been updated from some years ago). I've read something in this thread about different options on this cartridge and different prices too. Can anyone post updated info about how to get one of this cartridges? Thanks a lot.

I don't understand why slotexpanders are so hard to obtain these days/years. With all the new expansions for our beloved system, the demand for slotexpanders must be enormous. Maybe Sunrise (or another party) can produce some slotexpanders. I think that will boost the sales of other expansions such as the GFX9000 and MSX MP3 cartridge as well.

Does anyone test the mp3 cartridge on a real msx1 ???
When I say msx 1 I refer to for example a sony hit bit hp 75 with disk drive or padial lpe sd card, that contains msxdos 1 and mp3 files.
Can any confirm that runs on a real msx1 machine (better with photos).
