Y'es, it could be interesting, as it is slightly different from National FS-4600F firmware.

Indeed probably non-standard access to the Kanji-ROM, as it seems integrated in the unique ROM of this device.

We need mapper experts to get the full ROM.

Sorry, the kanji ROM may be incorrect (well I used Panasonic FS-A1F to dump so I dumped it's internal KANJI ROM). Will use FS-A1 later today. Although results might be the same

I am not sure you have the full FSPW1 rom, when I compare with FS-4600F firmware. It has probably the same mapper as this firmware.

Yeah I was sure it was not complete, what switch address does the firmware use? (I forgot it seems)

I re-dumped both, same links as above. Kanji ROM is identical to FS-4600F, FS-5000F2, FS-A1F and FS-A1FM. I dumped the rom with SAVEROM.COM, start address 0, bank size 4000, switch address 6400, 1F number of banks. Not sure if it needs more banks.

Actually, I had already such dumps on my drive. I think they come from Funet. Your dump is 512kB, the Funet dump is 1024kB.
