NMS-8250 System Disks

Hello.
Could someone inform me where can I find the "3x System Floppy Disks" which they accompanied the NMS-8250?
Also do you know if ever published a "English User Manual?"

So some came with 3 disks? I think ours came with just 2... I might remember incorrectly though. It could also be that the third disk was Designer (it wasn't Designer Plus anyway, we only got that later).
