Hi all, I downloaded the ROM, it works fine in flashrom but if i use it on Nextor or Dos directory with execrom and mega-RAM my computer freeze when boss#1 appears.
I tested it on MSX1 and TR with the same result.
Is it possible to launch the rom with execrom without any problem ?

Hey riquet, have you tried to run it with SofaROM?

Works here with SofaROM and "SROM /Z1 GENESIS.ROM" (/Z1 seems required for for turboR).

Riquet, just be sure to use SofaROM v2.2 (v2.1 was broken).

Ok, thanks but I have some limitations and first one is MSX-DOS1...
I try to realize a .dsk file for little configuration : MSX1 64Ko + Rookie Drive NX (virtual disk) + Brazilian MegaRAM 512Ko.
I can't use MSX-DOS2 or Nextor, only MSX-DOS1 and SROM isn't compatible (I'm ok ?).
It's why I try to launch the rom with execrom ; if you know other solution I test it.

Mmmm... I could make a MSX-DOS1 version of SofaROM (not SofaRun), without too much trouble (just changing a library at link time). Send me a (French ?) PM !

Strange, have not seen any PM from you. Will send you an email later (wondering if I should make a generic MSX-DOS 1 full version of SofaROM or just a quick "custom one" for you).

I can help with testing if needed, either generic version or custom.
I have a Beer IDE disk interface and can only boot MSX-DOS 1.
Would it be able to run 48 kb roms as well?
