Haha, yeah, I thought about going to a Goodwill store as well, because that would do the trick, but these tube TV's are so bulky, and I'm not so sure if my wife will appreciate me hauling old junk into our home.... Smile

Composite always looks bad... don't use it unless you have to!

Just to let you all know, I ended up buying a 19 inch AG Neovo screen (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1059496-REG/ag_neovo_s...). It's 4:3, so it provides a similar look and feel as a CRT screen - I didn't want a wide-screen, to stretching of the image.

I also purchased a RGB to scart cable (http://www.ebay.com/itm/121686629267) and a scart to HDMI (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00W3GN862?psc=1&redirect=t...).

Finally, to convert from 110 volts to 100 volts for the Japanese MSX, I purchased a converter (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008ENE9NO?psc=1&redirect=t...).

The end result is actually quite good. MSX running fine and a very sharp image, and I'm really happy with it.

Congratulations! Another MSX is up and running in the U.S now. Just a few more and we can take over the world. Oh we do need one to travel to Antarctica for this plan to be complete. Anyone up for that? NYYRIKKI? I'm sure they have some ice caverns that need some MSXploration.

Awesome! Smile Though I think Maggoo is ahead in the race so far. I believe he has 20+ MSX machines in the US now.

Oh wow. And I thought 6 was a lot already, considering I basically use one at any given time.

I've been selling off some MSX games lately on eBay and discovered that way, that there are actually quite a few people in the USA bidding on these games, far more than I expected. It's kinda nice to notice that there seem to be so many MSX users in the States.
