I like this topic, lots good of info on Machine Language.
I found this nice book, (Dutch),
MSX2 Basic en machinetaal - De afstand overbrugd
I learn't a lot about Z80 programming from this book in English. Quite useful
I will try, first need to create a request if they want to remove the old one. I can't delete/update my own uploads
Uff, how cumbersome! Thanks in advance.
I'm free so I can help. I can't use my PC 'cos there is no electricity in my country since 3 years (US+UK packed Saudi-led coalition aggression destroyed all power generators in my country by air strikes and the aggression is still committing genocides everyday since March, 15th 2015), but I can use my Android mobile office suite to help.
I have lots of free time.
I would like to second the request for a scan of page 63 in "Practical MSX Machine Code". It seems like Druiven re-inserted the page into his original pdf, but the link to it seems broken. The copy posted on archive.org is missing page 63. If anyone has the complete pdf, or access to a copy of the book, a scan or even a decent phone pic of the page would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!! Also many thanks to those who scanned and shared these books with the rest of us. MSX books are hard to find for me here in the US.

Is page 63 of the book still missing?!
Is page 63 of the book still missing?!
As far as I could tell, the version I found on archive.org was missing page 63. There might be another version floating out there with the page present, but I could not find it... (Sorry for my belated reply.)
If anyone finds page 63 which is still missing, please upliad it even as a single image. There are PDF tools which we can use to disassemble the entire book as single images in order to insert the missing page, then the book can be re-assembled as a whole.
I will scan page 63 and send it to you.
I updated the pdf on https://archive.org/details/StartingMachineCodeOnMsx with the PDF of page 4 that contains page 63 (yes, archive.org now has an edit function for uploaded items :)).
