If the machine weren't working at all then I'd say changing the chip is a good idea, but some builds work fine on this machine, yes?

The problem could be as simple as SDRAM timing if the Zemmix Neo and OCM have different PCB routing between the chips, or if something within the core is marginal it could just be die-to-die variation between different Cyclone chips. It would be realy helpful if anyone with an original OneChipMSX could verify that the FPGA used is also speed grade 8 (chip number ends in C8N)
