Sorry for my delay.
I've tried your new rom.
No more artifacts.
Now it starts with Konami Logo.
But when Konami logo finish to scroll up it hangs up...
I tried it with both ExecROM and LoadRom and it was working fine.
It's hanging only on a real MSX or also on an emulator? Can you tell me exactly how you're testing?
*PS* Issues will all be solved by the time cartridge is shipped, even, those issues not affecting the games while loaded from the cartridge.
But, you know, let's suppose someone want's to dump and then play it with one of those loaders... 
YES i like to preorder a cartridge to !! Looks like its worth it
