And only ofcourse if you have a win32 OS, since like most D4E stuff it will probably be embeded in MSXplayer.
And I won't be surprissed if you also need an internet connection to see if your version is legal( like Valves steam subscription system).

Indeed, that is right. WOOMB.net will start with the distribution of games for Win32, just like Project EGG. More platforms are likely to be supported in the future. You also need an internet connection to verify legal use of the game. Without this verification to prevent illegal distribution, legal re-release and localization of the game would not be possible.
