I'm actually working on a small application that'll let anybody to edit their own tapes. You will be able to cut, copy, paste, import files inside any .CAS file; you will be also able to rename any file inside the tapes or move the files simply dragging them.
And in the first public release you will be also able to export your tapes to WAV format, so you will be able to use them on any real MSX computer... I'm actually rewriting Vincent Van Dam routines in RB (Don't worry Vincent... I'll credit your original work inside the application)
And for the first time ever, an application of this kind will be available for WINDOWS, MAC OS X and LINUX from the first day of release.
Here's a picture of the interface so far:
Note that this is a screenshot taken from the Mac OS X version. The other two versions will look exactly the same, since I'm developing this utility with RealBasic.
Well, now let's talk about MY questions :)
1) Since I decided that I want to accept any suggestion, what you'd like to see implemented in this application that I haven't already listed ?
2) I don't really like the name "MSX Tape Manager"... it's too generic :) Have you any suggestion for a better name?
