The key is defined by the manufacturer. It is not an standard.

And i'm pretty sure that avoiding incompatibilities as such was the reason for adding the firmware disable hw button in Panasonic MSX2+ - had no worries when read about this button

We almost finished the functionality for keeping the selected VDP frequency after reboot. This is done without patching the ROMs. More news next week.

We've made a small bugfix release. The C2MAN and C2MAN_40 tools got a fix for the nasty bug that appears when a wrong button is pressed to delete a directory entry. Also a few RCP files were added.

I still would not be able to boot a MSX1 at 60hz?
