you can separate the layers?.... there is an easy way, just in the upper layer place several little holes around the round contact, where it don't cut any track, that will remove enough material as for doing the contact be press with less effort. you needs to use a hole-maker (like the one for papers) not a power tool)

No, I cant, as the it will be necessary join/glue them again, and doing that its quite difficult and I dont know wich glue use to avoid problems.
Anyway, biger holes /more holes aren't the solution. It didn't work before and it will make the membrane more fragile. Also, making more holes to the membrane with those tools you describe can damage the membrane

it don't work before because was rework the middle layer, I am telling you that can be set in the upper layer, the layer that must be pressed, if it has less material around the contact is more easy to press, but anyway, the bad side, is that doing that will expose the contacts to any accidental fluid falling in the keyboard.

Well guys.
Here is the final price: 30€ each one. It seems that the membranes works perfectly after 2 or 3 weeks working on my turboR. Of course, it does need to be repaired as I explained few posts before.
Those not interested, please mail me and I will return your money as soon as possible. Dont use this forum, please, as I dont read it everyday, email will be faster.

Those that still are interested, mail me too. Now I dont know what the f.ck happens with the manufacturer, and its not 100% sure the membranes will be sold: I still dont know what will happen with the sketch: if we have to pay for the sketch, game over: I wont purchase any membrane because its not the same if the sketch is paid by 50 or 10 people, it has no sense. But, as I still hasn't got any fuc.ing answer about it and Im tired of waiting, I want finish this as soon as possible. :-(

For any questions/doubts, you can use this thread/forum, of course, so anybody can read it.

Makinavaja, this must be utterly frustrating for you. It's a game of back-and-forth that just don't seem to work. I admire your patience. And patience will lead to good things, eventually.

I'm still on the train; interested in a new screen for my tr. If necessary I am willing to sponsor you, cash wise. Yeah, we need new screens!

Hi again!
Well, tomorrow Im going to be out for holydays again, and will come back next sunday.
There are 4 users that still hasn't decided wich plan choose. Those users are x-nen, randam, mrmagoo and edoz.
To all those I sent them and email but still didn't received any answer.
Please, if anyone knows how to contact them please do it.
Next monday I would like to know how many membranes in planB we are going to purchase, so I can call the sales manager.

Hi again
Finally, I've contacted with the sales manager of the factory. We're going to purchase 25 membranes. Now they must answer if they are interested or not. Lets see whats going to happen about it.

By the way, I still haven't got any answer about plan A or plan B from the users x-nen, randam, mrmagoo and edoz :-(
Please guys, I'm not feeling confortable with other people money :-(

Hi again
Finally, I've got here the membranes u_u;
It took a lot of time and they are not perfect since they must be modified but, well, they were cheaper.
As soon as possible I will start with shippings and money refund you get with the cheaper prices.

EDIT: Also, I will prepare a little tutorial about how modify the membranes to make them work properly.
