Music Module with no sound

Hello all.
I have purchased a Music Module, and I posted here some days ago how to take out the music ROM. When I first tested it, there where no sound at all and I thought that maybe I didn't know how to use the program (weird...). Thank to your comments, I took out the rom and yesterday loaded some music demos. No sound again. Then I connected the Music Module to a pre-amplified speakers and I realized that the sound was ultra, ultra, ultra low turning the volume at max.
I have a MSX2+ A1 WX.
Anyone knows what might happen? :(

Could you clean the music module pin with alcohol and try again

Do you mean the cartridge connectors? The bottom ones?

The cartridge connector as they seem half rotten . So maybe the power supply is not at its best

That's too low volume indeed... clean the connectors as they seem to be a tad too dirty... When done, the music module is still low on volume and that's normal... If you want to have it at the same volume as your internal MSX-Music, change this resistor with the resistor on this pic:
