Hello all

I have been searchign for a long time for a MSX game I played a lot of years ago but I have no clue about how this game is called.

What I remember is that the soundtrack of the game was a digital version of the 5th Beethoven Symphony. The game was a kind of big cavern where you had to collect disks. To go up you had to use balloons, I guess your own character was a monkey or something like that. Water was an element to avoid in that game, I remember.

Any clue?

Seems like a mixture of Monkey Academy with Metal Limit, Penguin Adventure and Frogger Wink

I do remember a game with some elastic frying pan you need to catch falling kitchen utensils with. Probably not the game you're looking for though. Can't remember its name though.

No, nothing to do with cocaine and fry-pans Smile

Just collecting disquettes all over the map and avoiding water, using pink balloons to "fly" (balllons which were pinched when you reached the ceiling or a sharp arist).

Nobody seems to rememebr this game as clearly as I do Sad

The 5th Beethoven symphony seemed to me a nice clue to be remembered. It was a digitalized version, somehwat different to the original orchestral version, but sill identifiable.

The MSX where I played this game was a model with cartidge and diskette; I guess this game in particular was included in a diskette.

5th simphony of Beethoven? Could it be Dynamite Dan? I do not remember exactly the BSO, but it was some well-known classic music.

And you started the game inside a balloon. You didn't search disks, but there were lots of items to take with you.

Yes, I think it is the right game: DYNAMITE DAN, from Mirrorsoft (1985?)
