Stuck at Super Runner

Hello guys, I'm currently stuck at Super Runner. In this game there's a kind of trampoline that when stepped on, will throw the player back or forward at the stage. Problem is that there's an stage in the game where there are two trampolines between two indestructable walls, so the player must use the trampoline to jump forward and I can't realize how. Any tips?
