MSX BASIC 3.0 command reference

Hello, I have two questions:
1. anyone has a link to or a document describing MSX BASIC 3.0 operators (command reference)?
2. does "set screen" save horizontal adj position of the screen (seems to be stored at block 2 offset 1 of RTC)? For me it does not work (while screen mode is being saved!).

What is the basic command to adjust screen? I use two outs, but I guess it is not a right way

SET ADJUST(x,y)
where x/y is -7 to 8

erm, the specific book i checked is a Dutch one about MSX2 Basic, I don't think it's scanned.

There seems to be a copy here http://msxosaure.wifeo.com/biblio.php#philips but the server hosting the pdf seems dead to me.

@ant0niutti, unfortunate those manuals are in spanish (and each page in jpg)
Anyone here with an english / dutch MSX 2(+) basic manual?
