DAQ PC demo 1

Darkstone have just updated their freshly revamped website with a demo of another chapter in their DAQ series. It's a PC game, utilizing MSX2 graphics however, that takes place before or after their other DAQ chapter, based on how the story will eventually develop.

The development of Darkstone's other entry, DAQ - Lord of Idar, is going well. It's all about the details now, but it should make the deadline of MSXdev'10 without problems.

Well, that looks nice. The waterfall effect is pretty cool, too.
I'm a guy on a skippyball?
It goes a little bit sluggish here, is that because of Vista?

Can you already tell us more about the stories/background of the DAQ series?
What does DAQ stand for?

Yes Daq is a peace of land. somewere in time. so all things are real no imposible things. the blueball in the pc demo is a kind of air-vehicle. Like or world is Is the world where Daq is in ending. after 1000 of years the"gods" will end it.
the Daq storys will be plane and after the ending.

but like Daq lord of idar its a normal thing in that land.
it's a game thats played each 5 years. The Lord of idar is the organizer of this game. it's a game to show your strength in this dice game.

I hope other parts of this game will be ready in the next year. posible de pc demo and a rpg(msx or pc)

No problem it's realy olmoste done . its the making it look beter and extra fx what i'm making now. the game is done.

and i hope i find some good coders for those other parts. specialy for msx. it's not posible to make them all in basic like daq lord of idar
