From the UK, David Mathews bring us a great collection of several Konami MSX music remakes. At the moment, it features Penguin Adventure, Nemesis 3, Quarth and F1-Spirit, and the list keeps growing... The MSX story of David starts at the early age of 5 when his dad, who felt that MSX was a better option than the more popular Spectrum or Commodore 64 machines, decided to purchase a MSX1 JVC model.
After some first steps with a Casiotone 7000, a couple of years later a Yamaha MSX computer was the next and proper choice as a new family member. In a music studio where an Atari STe was present as well, David started his musical career with this computer, a job which he fulfills professionally today.
Due to the passion he feels about everything that smells Konami (and who doesn't?), these compositions are his tribute to one of the best software companies in MSX history.
