It's December, a month full of celebrations and holidays. For the Dutch people it's "Sinterklaasfeest" next weekend, while Christmas is just around the corner globally. That means ... gifts. And what better gift for us MSX addicts than something that reminds us of the good days. The days that software house Konami delivered us nothing but gems. Among these, there's the holy Snatcher and SD-Snatcher series. Music from the former has now been released on vinyl!

Produced with Ship to Shore PhonoCo and their Konami Digital Entertainment partnership—it's the first ever official release of the SNATCHER soundtrack. The game was originally released in 1988 for the NEC PC-8801 and MSX2 in Japan. Over the years, the game (and its music) have developed an indelible cult following that persists to this day!

And still (SD) Snatcher remained way too obsure if you ask me (which you don't but I say it anyway)

Today I got my copy of this Snatcher vinyl. Utterly cool and bizarre at the same time: a Snatcher vinyl release in 2016...
