MEGA Challenge - update

Everything is mega in our MEGA challenge. Three 1chipMSX'es to win, a deadline extension of a whole year, three categories to choose from, and as you've noticed: a mega delay regarding the result. Short explanations are usually the best ones, so here's one: the usual force behind the PR of the MRC challenges has been mega busy with a mega project this summer. So, this big challenge of us just kept sitting here, looking at us with its big moist eyes and waiting for a jury.

Recently a meeting has been scheduled for the MRC foundation and her crew. During this meeting all kinds of important issues will be discussed, including the MEGA challenge. Traditionally we've seen MSX icons such as Wammes Witkop, Frank H. Druijff, ANMA and others judging entries. To speed up the process though we've chosen to form the jury out of MRC foundation and crew members who will rate the entries during this meeting (while they're still sober of course). Crew members who have in any way been involved in one or more entries are excluded from voting naturally.

All this means that, unless we'll be hit by an asteroid in the next month, you'll get the results of this challenge at December 20th, posted live from our meeting location! Our apologies for this mega delay, we want to finish this thing too, you know! :P On the bright side, what xmas present could be better than a 1chipMSX?
