And what a review it is!
"The documentation is among the best we've seen fro any emulator"
"openMSX is of those (increasingly common) Open Source projects with highly passionate developers. It's clear that they love the machine..."
<thumbs up>

A cool other thing: I mailed the author about the found 'incompatibilities', because I had the idea that they only used C-BIOS. This is what he replied:

That's the crux of it. As the proprietary BIOS is not redistributable,
we couldn't include it on the magazine coverdisc and had to review the
software as our readers would see it. Nevertheless, it's interesting
that the compatibility rates vary that greatly -- I wasn't aware of
the extent to which C-BIOS differed in terms of getting games to run.

So cheers for the info; I wish I could've gone into more depth about
this but (with the review being limited to a half-page) I had to focus
on the most crucial aspects.

Occasionally in Hot Picks we revisit apps covered before, so if
there's a major update to openMSX in a year or so, please do let me
know and I'll consider covering it again!

In other words: openMSX is also on the DVD or CD-ROM set that comes with the magazine! Yay!
