Spresiano Retrocomputing 2006

On October 8th, another edition of the Italian retro computer meeting Spresiano will be held. Spresiano is an all-round retro computing event with a lot of attention for MSX. This edition is dedicated to the loving memory of Giorgio Poggi (Italian translations of Japanese videogames, for ex. Metal Gear, Rune, Ys, and chief of the historical Verona MSX Club), who contributed a lot to the foundation of the fair. During the day many software will be shown and Italian MSX rarities like amateur software, cassette dumps, magazines, books and brochures. Information on the fair has been added to our list of MSX fairs and meetings.

If anyone could be interested in having a visit to the Spresiano fair + a nice weekend in Italy, maybe could be happy to know that the small town of Spresiano is not really far away from the beautiful city of Venice (that's where I live . The irish company "RyanAir" offers some daily flights from the major cities of Europe to Treviso, that's close enough to Spresiano. Eventually, the Italian low-cost company MyAir (http://www.myair.com) offers some daily flights from Madrid, Barcellona and Paris at very low rates; these flights land on the Venice airport (called "The 'Marco Polo' airport of Venice")
