This is the Robosoft MSX version of the game ‘Make them fall’. Two stick men compete against each other gliding down a tunnel while avoiding lethal saw blades. Do you have the guts?

Contestants have until the end of August to submit their entries. If you are enjoying this MSXdev game, why not consider donating to the price money. 100% of the donations will go to the game developers.

The MSXdev21 contest runs from Jan 1st to Sep 1st, 2021.

love it. it makes your brain work hard while listening to good music. especially liked the ending but don't show it to your kids. congrats!

Same idea as for "Make them run" Smile Two player cooperative mode (ok, competition mode also works nice i guess)

Awesome! Nice music and nice simple but colourful graphics with smooth scroll.

For some reason I found Make Them Jump easier than Make Them Fall Smile.

Agree that MTJump is easier that MTJump. When you say "the ending is not suitable for kids" you mean when you die, or there is an actual ending for the game (if you survive for a given time)?

Indeed, this one is much harder than make them jump. I think the thing that messes up our brain here is mixing wanting to "jump to the left or to the right" with wanting to "make the guy on the left jump or the guy on the right jump". That does not happen in "make them jump", and hence there's less confusion. Very interesting phenomenon!

Also, one thing that I noticed is that if you press both left and right at the same time (to move both guys simultaneously), nothing happens.

I find that if I use one hand for each guy (my right hand on the right arrow, and left hand on the left arrow) it becomes pretty easy. I find it extremely hard to play with a single hand! My brain just refuses to coordinate the fingers properly hahaha

Yes it's really much more difficult than "Make them jump", our brain gets really confused with this. Very nice pair of games!

How many points did you score to reach the ending? I've scored 408 points and still didn't reach the end of the game Question

There is no other ending than one of the guys going into pieces, its all about setting a higher score.

The reason for only left or right at a time is due to that it originally was supposed to be only joystick controlled. With the cursor keys indeed you can 'cheat' by using two hands Tongue

What a great game!! Simple idea and very fun! Good programming, hillarious graphics!! Indeed difficult! But that is because of the player behind the controls... :-)
