Audiowave from Tecnobytes shipment problem

Well, the shipment of my Audiowave unit from the second batch has been cancelled by the country of origin (Brazil) and the parcel will be returned to its origin.
I have contacted Tecnobytes to solve this problem but I wonder why this has happened...

Reading your post, I just checked the tracking of mine ...
Its wherabouts seem very complicated (11 days to leave Brazil), but it seems it's getting here.

It could be due to many things, starting with restrictions imposed by some countries due to COVID-19 situation in Brazil not being the best, ending with not having enough information as requested by the country legislation to ship (Brazil) or receive (your country) it... And quite a few stuff might have happened that is not either of those two. Best option is to contact Tecnobytes so they can update you, as I'm part of a Brazilian MSX Chat group where one of the guys that work at Tecnobytes sometimes send us some news, I can tell you that they were a little bit slower than they usually are to answer questions and post stuff due to one of then having to stay at home for some time due to being infected w/ Covid-19.

My experience with shipping from Brazil is that it can take a long time (over a month), so patience is golden. I’m not in any rush anyway, just glad I will be able to get the hardware in my hands.

Checking the track & trace for my PowerGraph + AudioWave package, my list is a bit shorter than Metalion’s (only 4 entries) but essentially it has the same dates and the same current status.

We apologize for the problem, but what happened is that of the more than 60 packages sent to customs, 8 packages are returning to us, we have to wait to receive them back to see what happened and we can arrange the new shipments
