His blog is in Korean language (or Hangul), so a translator might come in handy. There's plenty of options out there on the web.

I have paraMSX-R and SD/MMC v4 and i planned to go for some more (at least PAC-V) but then pandemic screwed up my budget for a while... though i hope the stuff still would be available for a while Smile
SD/MMC is packed with very nice features, and i like that GameRunner modes work when it is in secondary expanded slot

His productions deserve to be better known. If you have a little time to complete the wiki, please do not hesitate to share your knowledge!

One question about the paramsx cartridge. Does it work on a msx1?. I mean, if i use it on a msx1 can it virtualize a msx2 since it has a fpga?.

Thanks in advance!

No, as it uses the host machine video and sound chips (it is not a very small cartridge of Zemmix Neo with everything in FPGA, why would you need that). It only has a dedicated RAM, some PPI implemented to emulate slot switching, and FlashROM with bunch of ready-flashed BIOSes and user area to flash your own machine config is needed, more or less, maybe something else i'm missing here btw because i'm not that much into details. Also it has some hooks to capture host machine disk drive operation so you can use host machine's floppy/SD/CF/IDE whatever you have there in virtualized one. So basically you can virtualize another model of same generation or models of lower generations but not higher 'cause of VDP/F4 port/etc incompatibilities

I wonder what annoys him so much. He should understand that there is the language barrier. In addition he can explain what shocks him here even in Korean before getting angry, especially since there is a link to his blog in the news to verify it so errors are forgivable. This is not fake news and let alone intentional.

He also made another critic here for a detail almost unimportant instead of editing the wiki itself.

The wiki is not set in stone. It is in perpetual evolution. It can not contain all the full and right information from the start. It's not easy to put together this amount of information. Most are lost or in foreign languages, and it is not by reacting like that that the wiki will evolve more quickly.

Maybe he spends a lot of time developing and not replying...
