It was maybe also sold abroad like the MPC-2500FD by cons.
Gdx, can you explain a bit with which sources you did all these edits on the MPC-25 article?
MSX-Magazine 1986-03-01 AD at page 25, review at page 164-165 (MPC-25F/FD)
MSX-Magazine 1986-03-03 AD at page 16 (MPC-25F/FD)
MSX Magazine 1986-05 AD at page 20 (MPC-25F/FD)
MSX Magazine 1986-07 AD at page 11 (MPC-25FK)
MSX Magazine 1986-08 AD at page 18 (MPC-25FK)
MSX Magazine 1986-09 AD at page 12 (MPC-25FK)
MSX Magazine 1986-10 AD at page 11 (MPC-25FK)
MSX Magazine 1986-11 AD at page 7 (MPC-25FK)
MSX Magazine 1986-12 AD at page 18 (MPC-25FK)
There was no advertising in magazines for the MPC-25FS and MPC-27. They seem to have been released at about the same date in 1985. These two models should not be intended for the general public.
Please elaborate on this Yamaha YM2220!
https://www.msx.org/wiki/Yamaha_YM2220
An ancestor of the V9938 it seems? How much of an ancestor I wonder, what are the differences compared to the V9938? Or perhaps it has some Sega VDP features? I already notice it comes in a 64 pin SDIP package like the V9938, 24 pins more than the TMS9918A and 22 pins more than the T6950, I reckon they’re there for a reason…
Edit: direct all responses to this thread!
It took me four times to edit the ax150 with the YM2220 before it was NOT remod to V9938!!
Toshiba HX-20E doesn't show mirroring in slot 3-3. Which variant was used to determine it does, as is on the wiki article?
HX-20E seems to be a model for Spain (E for España) not Great Britain. We can found many trace on Spanish sites. The key with accents instead of £ is also a sign.
Usually a Spanish keyboard contains an ñ key. The HX-20E looks like generic European to me ...
On the other hand: the owner (see the other thread) told me it only came with Spanish manuals. So I'm convinced now it's probably for the Spanish market
