SoundTrek for real! woop woop B-)

It seems better than Windows version.
...but I not fan of this music remix.
Level 2 BGM and Level 1 + 2 boss music are really amazing remixes. In the same way the Level 1 BGM remix is a bit dissappointing (to my ears). It has some strange melody variations that do not fit. I loved that game and played it more than a hundred times. The rest of the newly crafted soundtrack sounds really promising, I have to listen to it some more.
Gameplay and controls feel very close to our beloved MSX original.
... the hidden shop... nice idea...
Game soundtrack is available on BandCamp, too:

It's not bad but the sound effects are too aggressive for my ears.
Wow, the metal gear conversion and this one, always makes me buy an amiga 500 Thank god for emulators
(Another) Positive Trek ! ;-) (Sakimoto power)
The tune Xakt is influenced by Xak II - Trap. Took the seed of the original melody and went off on my own pretty quickly. The hiscore is just a coincidence though, Toni thought it was very Huelsbeck
And yeah, it was the full extra mile on the music this time. The original game only has 4 in-game tunes, two levels and two boss tunes. I thought as we were going for full 32 colour remaster I should probably do the same on the music. It was a lot of work and at times a bit daunting to be honest but I got there in the end.
h0ffman: FWIW, I think you rock It's very enjoyable watching your streams, at least the ones with MSX content which I checked
I don't think anyone here hates you for porting the MSX games you love to Amiga.
