As I already wrote on Lilly's Saga topic:

January cover of Zzap! Magazine Italia will be dedicated to Lilly's Saga (the issue will talk about MSXdev entries). Zzap Italia staff (Associazione Airons di Vigevano) was one of the major donors of MSXdev this year. Really happy for that ^_^

Hai, just after the launch of MSXdev23 we got into server troubles and the website msxdev.org is (partially) down. The service provider is looking into the matter. Hope it's back soon.

Still not working? Did some server update happen before the incident? Since homepage is still working seems to be some URL mapping (Nginx) configuration issue.
