Thank you Louthrax.
The decompression already works perfectly. However when I try to run a game in dsk format it gives me the following warning: "No free segments"
I have tried starting by pressing CTRL to free memory, but without success.
Do you know what could be due?

Greetings

Rodri

Hi Rodri,

The thing here is to use the COMMAND2.COM and NEXTOR.SYS files that I mentionned in my previous post (unzip them to the root your SD Card and delete any existing MSXDOS.SYS or COMMAND.COM files). Have you done that ?

Hi Louthrax.

Apparently the version of the link command.com is msxdos1 and sofarun needs a msxdos2 versión.
Do I have to run sofarun from the multimente application? It seems that multimente runs under msxdos2.
I don't know, there's something I don't understand

Greetings.

You don't need to run Multimente to start sofarun. Just cd to the Sofarun folder (a:\SR in my case) and type SR and press return. This will also start Sofarun.

You could also create an autoexec.bat file with some quicker way to start application that you use often.
The content for an autoexec.bat file could be:

REM Starting Automatic Execution Batch.
SET PATH=A:\SR
REM Done.

When you turn on the MSX and Nextor starts, then the autoexec.bat will automatically be started. After it is done, you will be able to run Sofarun without navigating to the SR folder first, just type SR and press Return.

Louthrax.
Perhaps he had not explained clearly. The point is that you told me to download a version of the 'command' file, which requires less memory, and thus be able to unzip the zip files. The fact is that, after formatting the SD card and following the instructions you gave me, it did not allow me to run SR with that version of the 'command', since it is about msxdos and SR needs msxdos2. Therefore, what I did was reinstall msxdos2, with which it allows me to unzip the zip files, but does not load the dsk files.

Thanks.

Hi Rodri,

The version I put in the ZIP file is MSX-DOS 2 (the two files in it are COMMAND2.COM and NEXTOR.SYS).

Please give more details on what happens (what is displayed after boot with COMMAND2.COM and NEXTOR.SYS), or screenshots of the problem so that I can help.
