Does anyone know where and how to buy physical copies of Kyokugen and Pleasure Hearts? I've seen some very high-quality physical versions online for both games, with nice packaging and labels on the disks, but I've never found a link to purchase them. Any ideas?

I see the repros on the blog, but it looks like the blog has been abandoned in favor of the Repro-Factory.com online shop. Will Eric still do a repro of both games if I email him directly?

The one Meits mentioned is the original one of kyokugen.
MSX world wide is the reseller of that game.

Wait a minute, are you saying that I can buy a licensed official version of that game with box and manual for 9 euros? That doesn't seem right. How could they possibly make any money from that? If I click on the link for software, Kyokugen is not on that list. It says there are 10 items but only 6 display. Website error?

I saw a complete copy of Pleasure Hearts come up for sale on Suruga-ya about a month about for 40,000 yen. It sold in about a day or so.

The link opens to Kyokugen directly for me. If you look at Generation-MSX there was a Dutch release of the game on disk and also on ROM as well as the Japanese release. It looks like this will be the Dutch release, probably on disk but ask to be sure...

Yeah the direct link works. I can't access the page without knowing the URL beforehand though.

What blows my mind is that I would think the box and manual alone would cost that much to make in a small run. If the price is just for the disk then that's more understandable. I wrote first to see if I could get an answer. If it wasn't for the international shipping costs, I'd just buy one and then see.

The guy behind that site is known (to me at least) as an all too good person. I know him for sending stuff to people just because he knows they need it. It's highly likely that he doesn't make one cent profit.
