You have to kill the engineers that control the saws. After that they are out of control and it's possible to pass them.

You need to throw the grenade so it lands directly on top of the engineer, not the computer. When you do this to BOTH engineers, the saw will start going haywire and you can pass by it if you time your movements perfectly.

I can't get past the heat detection on floor 3 . Where can I find card 3 ?

You have to hit each of the engineers from above. Some have you inching VERY CLOSE to the saw, but you can always stop just short of it and you'll hit them. Remember that your grenade has greater range when you're moving, so you'll be moving down and hitting space/button 1 to throw the grenade BEFORE you stop moving. Walk toward the saw, and press space and stop moving when you're only a few pixels away from it, and you'll hit the engineer.
