I couldn't find this anywhere on the net (besides someone saying it was a bad game LOL! ) so I recorded it as a wav file hoping someone would get some use out of it. According to the manual it has a 2 player multiscreen mode linked up by the joystick ports Question

I will post scans soon.

Actually, the Eurosoft version can be found on the net (Google is your friend with 'MSX cintas').

Your version is the Aackosoft version. Unfortunaly, it does not seem to work. I've converted the WAV into CAS and runned it with RUN"CAS:". After the intro picture screen, it hangs with this message : Checksum error B8383838300002100JF_1 PRG

Aackosoft / Eurosoft were known to put anti-copy protections. These protextions need to be bypassed and/or removed to get a working version (what Martos and other MSX experts have done). I guess that it explains this error message.

The Eurosoft game has the same name but is a different game. This game is 1st person with a cockpit view.

I also couldn't properly load it in openMSX, by the way. Can someone try to run this wav on a real MSX?

With the WAV, it's indeed worse than with the CAS (failed loading of the BASIC loader !) First convert it into a CAS file .... but you'll get the same problem as in blueMSX. So, the protection needs to be removed and/or bypassed.

I don't think it's the protection. Especially when using the WAV file, the software has no way to tell whether it's the original tape or a WAV file. So it can't be any protection. Perhaps with the CAS file it could be a protection, but I'm inclined to say it probably isn't. But I don't know what kind of protections are used, so I can't be sure about that.

I always thought this checksum was to prevent malfunctioning of the game. Every byte that is different than expected could cause a bug.
A bit lame they ever did this though, for whatever reason. I encountered it quite often after many minutes of waiting for the game to load (from an original tape!). I would be especially displeased if it indeed was a copy protection effort. I've been bitten a few times already by copy protection while I paid for stuff. That's unacceptable and may just drive customers towards illegal copying...

Just tested on a HX-10 and get a checksum error. Different to the one above but that could just be due to the machine differences.

I had to increase "+7db" for real machine to load.
direct statement in file.

the slopes look upside down vs what openmsx does.
a bit goes up down up down, openmsx does down up down up.
I invert the samples, it no more loads. a sighting.
my 9600hz wav were the openmsx way.
I cant see what's the right way because they load both ways. whatever I do 9600Hz, it is immedeate found message.
trying to increase baud just a tiny bit, to see who is wrong, both fail. no time to check out precise borders. it feels like the 75P has a strong 2400 baud filter.
ok the issue got me into another topic.
whose cables have been reverted.

I cant see problems in the curves.
did maybe the conversion to CAS as a side effect eliminate a direct statement in file issue.
then the CAS is on a woodway even when things look better. because only WAV copies a copy protection.
I guess CAS doesn't store unorthodox bitstreams, just bytes.

and the other real machine gets further, funny.
@buleste, was that maybe involving a CAS tool.

Found a copy of the Aacksoft version in TOSEC. Similar file size to the cas I got from Wav2cas.

On the real machine I got past the second loading screen and essentially to the end of the file before getting the error.
